Return Policy

At ATM Machine Freestanding, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your commercial hardware and terminal purchases. Because banking terminals are highly specialized commercial assets, our returns are governed by standard heavy-freight and cryptographic guidelines.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of freight delivery to request a return on eligible machinery and components. Requests initiated after 30 days are not eligible for return but remain supported under our hardware manufacturer warranty programs.

Return Eligibility & Condition

To qualify for a standard return, your equipment must satisfy the following conditions:

• The terminal must be completely uninstalled, unbolted, and unused.
• It must remain in its original factory packaging, secured and strapped onto its shipping pallet exactly as delivered.
• All physical keys, mounting bolts, software modules, and product manuals must be intact and included in the return container.

Return Authorization (RMA) Process

All returns must be pre-approved by our commercial logistics team. Do not dispatch shipping carriers to our distribution facilities without an active RMA. To start the process:

1. Email your request to info@atmmachinefreestanding.com or call +1 (415) 665-7423.
2. Provide your original invoice number and the equipment serial number.
3. Once approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) document and coordinates for our nearest logistics warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs & Freight Terms

• Defective or Damaged Items: In the rare event of transit damage or structural hardware defects, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. ATM Machine Freestanding will cover 100% of return shipping costs and arrange freight logistics.
• Discretionary Returns: For change-of-mind commercial returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return freight shipping via a certified commercial carrier. The shipment must include full carrier insurance covering the equipment value.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain items are strictly exempt from return eligibility due to financial regulatory and data security frameworks:

• Encrypted PIN Pads (EPPs) that have undergone custom cryptographic key injection
• Activated remote-management software license keys and terminal configuration files
• Machines that have been physically bolted to floors, wired into electrical infrastructure, or modified by third-party installers
