  • Ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility guidelines
  • Maintaining Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) and EMV security compliance
  • Adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring and CTR reporting mandates

3. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an electronic order through our store constitutes an offer to purchase specified equipment. ATM Machine Freestanding reserves the right to accept or decline any order for operational, inventory, or security verification reasons. Order confirmations are dispatched via email upon order submission.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on our store are in U.S. Dollars ($ USD). Prices are transparent and tax-free at checkout with complimentary U.S. freight included. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, in the event of a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to correct quotes or cancel affected orders prior to freight dispatch.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be settled in full prior to order dispatch. Accepted commercial payment methods include major credit cards, verified electronic bank transfers (ACH), and bank wire transfers. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon commercial carrier delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Freight delivery is governed by our specialized Shipping Policy. Heavy machinery is shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers with hydraulic liftgate service. Delivery appointments are coordinated by the carrier prior to drop-off.

7. Commercial Returns & Refunds

Equipment returns, warranty claims, and discretionary exchanges are strictly governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Approved returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and are subject to inspection and restocking fees where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website—including logos, product graphics, technical documentation, design systems, text, and software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of ATM Machine Freestanding or its hardware manufacturing partners (such as Nautilus Hyosung, Genmega, Diebold Nixdorf, and Wincor Nixdorf) and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATM Machine Freestanding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, transaction revenue downtime, or data loss) arising out of or in connection with the purchase, installation, or operation of equipment. Our maximum cumulative liability shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the specific equipment unit giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as explicitly provided in written manufacturer warranties, all equipment, replacement parts, and online services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any commercial disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
