At ATM Machine Freestanding, shipping specialized banking equipment is handled with extreme care: every order ships free anywhere in the contiguous United States, with transparent, tax-free pricing at checkout.

Specialized Freight Carriers & Delivery

Due to the heavy weight and secure nature of freestanding ATM machines (typically ranging from 150 lbs to over 400 lbs), full terminal units are shipped via premier Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) heavy freight carriers, including:

• FedEx Freight
• R+L Carriers
• Estes Express Lines
• TForce Freight

Order Handling & Shipping Timeline

• Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days. During this time, units undergo pre-dispatch diagnostic testing, key injection, and secure pallet crating.
• Freight Transit Time: 3–7 business days depending on destination distance from our logistics hubs.
• Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days from order placement to final delivery.
• Smaller replacement parts, software modules, and keypads ship via standard FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (2–5 business days transit).

Curbside Delivery & Hydraulic Liftgate Service

All full ATM machine freight deliveries include Free Liftgate Service and delivery notification appointments. The carrier will call 24 hours prior to delivery to schedule a drop-off window. Delivery is curbside; the driver will lower the palletized unit to the ground at your commercial location or storefront entrance.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please thoroughly inspect the crating and equipment upon delivery before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). In the rare event of visible shipping damage, note it explicitly on the carrier's BOL and contact us within 24–48 hours at info@atmmachinefreestanding.com or +1 (415) 665-7423 for immediate resolution.
